On November 1, 2020 at around 7:30 AM, the Deputy Chief of Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU), PCPT RICARTE S OLIVEROS, under the supervision of PLTCOL MACISTE EXTOR B SERRANO, Chief of Office, conducted synchronized accounting of personnel in Search and Rescue (SAR) uniform and accounting of SAR Assets and Equipment in front of the TEU Office, ITTCC, Four Lanes, Brgy Malvar, Santiago City, in preparation for the onslaught of Tropical Storm “ROLLY” which was forecasted to affect the Province of Isabela.
