Alay sa Masa is an annual celebration in Quirino, held during the birthday of our servant leaders, including Governor Dax Cua, Congresswoman Midy Cua and John Hay Management Corporation Chairperson Hon. Junie Cua, to highlight community service, progress, and unity. The event opens with a Mañanita and Thanksgiving Mass, followed by speeches from distinguished guests.
The program includes awards for outstanding individuals and groups, performances by the PGQ family, and the distribution of 4Ps, Cash for Work, and Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) grants. Key projects like the Quirino Food Plaza, mobile clinics, and new vehicles are launched to enhance public service.
Community activities, including medical missions, bloodletting drives, and sports competitions, engage and support local residents. The evening features entertainment, including a Battle of the Bands and a Kapuso Variety Show, bringing the event to a festive close.
Alay sa Masa celebrates the province’s achievements, strengthens bonds, and inspires continued progress.
